The John Muir Way 3-6 July 2019

The cycle route much of the time follows the same tracks as the walking route. On the first day Itrained it to Helensburgh to have a chance of the wind behind me. First stop was Rennie And Margaret Mackintosh’s The Hill House on the inland edge of Helensburgh, with beautiful views over the Forth of Clyde and consequently very exposed, which is the problem.
